Return Policy

All sales are final. 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective. If you received defective merchandise please contact us via the contact page on the site or at: Hello@dacykolsky.com 

Upon receipt of the defective product (received within 30 days of the purchase date), we will examine and then notify you via email informing you if you are entitled to a refund or replacement. We will base the refund on the original purchase price and use the original payment method of payment. Some items are one of a kind and will not be able to be replaced. In which case a refund of the original purchase price will be refunded.
